Ashley Salazar
Co-Owner | Stellar Marquees Midland
Hi, I’m Ashley Salazar — a proud West Texan, full-time Supply Chain Associate in the oil and gas industry, a dedicated student, and Co-Owner of Stellar Marquees Midland, a small business built on purpose, passion, community, and faith.
With over seven years of experience in the oil field, management, and operations, I’ve developed a strong foundation in logistics, efficiency, and leadership. I currently work in the supply chain department of a major oil and gas company, where I’ve been honored with awards recognizing outstanding performance, leadership, and community involvement.
I’m a senior at The University of Texas Permian Basin (UTPB), pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Operations Management and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. I also hold an Associate of Arts in Teaching and an Associate of Arts in General Studies. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve earned President’s and Dean’s List honors, and I’m proud to be a member of Phi Theta Kappa, Beta Gamma Sigma (the top 10% of undergraduate elite business students), and the National Society of Leadership and Success. As a first-generation college student, I currently serve as Treasurer of UTPB’s First-Generation Organization, where I work to support and uplift others navigating similar paths by planning events or simply lending a hand to other students.
In addition to my professional and academic commitments, I am the Co-Owner of Stellar Marquees Midland, a business that reflects my core values of service and integrity. Our company offers enhanced event marquee rentals with a focus on supporting educators, first responders, and military families through special pricing, as well as partnering with nonprofit organizations to give back. Our philosophy is rooted in collaboration over competition, with a shared goal of creating more opportunities for local businesses to grow together.
Giving back to my community has always been a priority in my life. I regularly volunteer for local organizations such as Bad Boy Blasts, United Way, Breaking Bread, Habitat for Humanity, Junior League of Midland, and the West Texas Food Bank alongside my colleagues. I’m also an active member of Young Professionals of Midland and Women in Energy.
Whether I’m streamlining supply chain operations, supporting small business owners, or volunteering at a local event, I lead with grit, faith, and compassion. I’m passionate about empowering others, fostering inclusive environments, and making a positive impact in everything I do. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking short getaways, and staying involved in causes that matter to me. I’m grateful for every opportunity to grow, give, and serve, and I thank you for taking the time to learn more about my journey. It’s been a crazy one but a blessed one! We are glad you’re here! Thank you for visiting!

Alex Mancha
Co-Owner | Stellar Marquees Midland
Hi, I’m Alex Mancha, I am a full-time Account Manager, full-time entrepreneur (yes, I’ve mastered the art of multitasking), and proud co-founder of Stellar Marquees Midland, where we bring the party and the sparkle. I’m from Odessa, TX, but now happily reside in Midland, where I’ve planted new roots and built a life I love.
With over 15 years of combined management experience, I’ve built a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and operations. I spent 10 years as a Dental Administrator/Supervisor, where I managed daily operations, coordinated complex schedules, and helped keep everything running smoothly alongside some of my favorite coworkers. Prior to that, I gained 5 years of additional management experience that sharpened my ability to lead teams, handle logistics, and stay three steps ahead in fast-paced environments. Skills that now fuel my successes in both the invoicing/banking and event industries.
My life and work are deeply rooted in my faith, and my love for Jesus shapes everything I do, from business to daily living.
When I’m not managing accounts or creating unforgettable events, you’ll probably find me spending quality time with my family, getting into some organization projects, planting, diving into skincare routines (yes, I believe in glow-ups inside and out), crafting a DIY masterpiece, spoiling my fur babies, or treating myself to a little retail therapy (hey, it counts as a hobby).
